That is why JustPokerSupplies.com is the first poker supply web site to offer you TIERED SHIPPING RATES. In our effort to give you the best value on the internet we offer you FREE SHIPPING for orders over $100 and Flat Rate Shipping for your smaller orders. If you purchase $.01-$35.00 the most you will pay in shipping is $7.95. If you purchase $35.01-$65.00 the most you will pay in shipping will be $11.95. If you purchase $65.01-$100 the most you will pay is $19.95 and when you purchase $101 and over your shipping is FREE. So when comparing prices you must take into consideration others shipping charges. Offering you this innovative concept comes with some conditions. The fixed shipping rates are only offered for the Lower 48 United States. Alaska, Hawaii and overseas shipments will have a shipping price in the checkout. We will ship your order the “Best Way.” What does that mean? That means we might ship United States Postal Service, First Class or Priority. We might use UPS ground. Should you need your order sooner, you may upgrade your shipping to UPS ground, Next Day or Second Day Air. Your prices will be offered as part of the checkout process. We are one of the few poker suppliers that will ship overseas. In the unfortunate event that there is a return, in most cases we will subtract your paid shipping charges from your refund. This option may change at any time without notice.

Returns for damage or defect
We make every effort to secure all packages, but sometimes merchandise can be damaged during shipping. Merchandise damaged during shipping or found to be defective upon delivery should be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. Contact us during normal business hours; we will arrange pickup, return and replacement.
Not satisfied
Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it for an item of equal or greater value. If your item was lost or damaged during shipping; please contact us at sales@justpokersupplies.com regarding your order and we will do what is necessary to arrange for an exchange of your purchased product.
Back Orders
We regularly stock every item we carry. Although every attempt is made to maintain adequate inventory of each product, occasionally we may run out of a certain item. In this event, we will give you the date our supplier expects the item to reach us. We will then offer you the following choices: canceling the out-of-stock item from your order, authorizing us to send you a partial order, or holding up your order until we receive the item in question. If you choose the partial shipment option, we will send the missing item to you at additional freight charge.
A final note
All items returned are subject to our mandatory 15% restocking fee. Items should be unopened and returned in the shipping container originally delivered in.
