You may send us your artwork and the instructions for your custom labels after you place your order   with us. Below are the steps for placing an order:

Step 1: LABELS. Place an order for your total number of labels.

Note: total number of chips = total number of labels

Step 2: ADD CHIPS. Place an order for with the same qty of labels.Â

Note: The chips come in a roll of 25. Make sure total number of chips = total number of labels. You may choose different colors as long as total = total labels.

Step 3: CUSTOM ORDER SETUP CHARGE. Every custom inlay order has a mandatory setup charge.Â

Step 4: CHECKOUT.

Step 5: EMAIL. Contact us via email (email to jun@americangamingsupply.com). Include the    instructions and/or design that you want for your inlays. Within 24-72 hours, you will receive a proof per your instructions.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. What are vinyl decals?  Also called labels or stickers, these are the high quality vinyl labels that we apply on blank poker chips, not made of paper stickers. The materials used in decals are best for vividly bringing out the lively colors of your artwork.

2. What is the turn around time for custom inlays?  Normal lead time for a 500 pc chip order is 2-3 weeks, depending on production's schedule and on the chip quantity order.

3. What kind of poker chips are used with custom inlays?  Blank Chips with a slightly hollow center, designed to accommodate the applied decals.

4. Do the labels peel off easily?  No. because of the chip's design, once the labels are applied they will be flushed on to the chip. Flushed in this case means that because of the slightly hollow center, when you apply the label/decal, it becomes flat, or flushed, thus peeling off of the labels will not be an easy thing to accomplish.

5. Do the labels go on both sides or just one side?  The cost covers both front and back of the chip. A custom setup fee (linked below) must go with any labels order.

6. Can I put different designs or text in front and back?  Yes, the setup charge is for 1 set of artwork, consisting of both front and back. If you provide us with ready to print artwork (preferably in editable vector, adobe illustrator or photoshop file formats, if in jpg at least 400 dpi in resolution) then you can do as many different front and backs.

7. What is custom set-up fee?  This is the Custom Setup Charge for all types Customization and Personalization orders, this is NOT a design charge.

8. If i want to reorder the same, do I still have to pay for the the setup charge?  No, the setup charge is a one-time setup fee. As long as the a reorder is for the same design, this can be waived off for future reorders.

9. What is art design charge? If you need us to do the design of your chip, we can do it for you with the art design charge.

10. What are the other uses of custom inlay aside from poker games? Aside from Poker Games, Custom Inlay Poker Chips can be used as souvenir or giveaway on celebrations such as birthday parties, weddings, homecoming, etc. It can be used as corporate tokens for promotional and marketing purposes such as discount coupons or drink tokens.in the form of a poker chip. Some use it as their business card with their logo and contact details on the inlay.
